TruxSheet stores the load, expense, invoice, and IFTA data you enter so you can use it across sessions and devices. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (authentication, hosting, payment processing).
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@truxiq.net.
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 12 months from the cancellation date so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. During this period you may export your Tax Deduction Tracker records and IFTA quarterly worksheets as CSV at any time, or request a full account data export by emailing support@truxiq.net. After 12 months, your data is permanently deleted. This mirrors the Data Storage and Retention terms in our Terms of Service.
